I had N & V Automatics take a look at my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was having some difficulties shifting gears, which may have had something to do with my transmission. I called them up to schedule the checkup and I was advised by Victor that the repair will take two days! Not bad – and true to his word, I was able to get my car in a couple of days. Highly recommended. I dropped into the workshop without an appointment and Victor stopped what he was doing and spent ten minutes under my car with me giving me a crash-course in transmissions, transmission coolers and heat-exchangers. A refreshing change to the 4WD mechanics I'm accustomed to dealing with who barely look you in the eye and only seem capable of grunting one-word answers. Got a new transmission cooler installed which Victor and the crew custom modified to suit my truck. Very happy with their level of customer service and workmanship.
