To all our Valued Customers,

As we all work our way through the COVID-19 Pandemic, we wanted to take this opportunity to write to you with an update on our business, and how we are adapting to the changes enforced by authorities and ensuring the safety of our customers, staff and the broader community.

We are passionate about the service that we offer to the community and we will be continuing to service our customers with as little impact as possible. Below we have created a list outlining the additional hygiene measures that we are currently implementing:

• All of our technicians will continue to wear gloves while they work on your vehicle.
• All vehicles will have seat covers, and steering wheel covers fitted prior to carrying out work. 
• A thorough wipe down of high contact areas such as keys, internal/external door handles and T-bar.
• All technicians will maintain personal hygiene between jobs by washing and sanitising their hands thoroughly. 
• Customer can opt to have their invoices emailed, rather than being provided with hard copies in person.
• EFTPOS Facilities available  
• We will be maintaining social distancing as per federal guidelines 

We are also asking for your assistance in minimising the potential spread, by assisting us with a couple simple requests prior to your vehicle being brought in for maintenance/repair:

• Please ensure your remove any empty food wrapping/packaging, and drink bottles from your vehicle
• Paying via EFTPOS Facilities where possible

During this time of uncertainty, we are also offering extra Customer Support by offering the following service: 

• Pick up and drop off service for local customers, if you cannot or do not wish to leave your home. (Please note that a 10km radius applies)

Please note that we will continue to offer customer’s undergoing any major repairs our Courtesy Cars and you can have peace of mind in knowing that will are taking extra precautions to ensure that the cars are thoroughly sanitised, and cleaned in between every loan we make.
